About The Artist

Mr. Afvari has always had interest in painting and in school he excelled in his art classes. 

He spend majority of his free time painting and it has always been his biggest hobby. 

He incorporated his love of art in designing handmaid rugs. Outside of school, he had various private teachers who taught him oil painting. He likes to paint various objects and scenery. He has always loved to help people and he believes his art work can help others achieve calm and serenity. 

A number of his works has been sold in a studio in New York. The fact that he is an optometrist, allows him to have an interesting and unique view on the world which helps him paint various scenes with a different eye than most. The many courses he has taken as a young adult in psychology also aids him in understanding how people view different scenes which allows him to bring those to life. Moreover, as a physician, he is able to have infinite patience and may take him hours to just add one line or mix colors to get the perfect shade. Various galleries have ordered paintings from him and have displayed them for sale at high prices. 

He is able to imagine and create abstract art as he has the ability to recreate new ideas. These types of paintings illicit a new found meaning for the viewers. 

His specialty is to finish off each painting with a top layer which allows the painting to look very realistic and bright.
